Memphis has the potential, once again, to be the third or fourth largest city in the United States because of its location, its ability and centrally located. There's a lot of things that can happen in Memphis. So I've decided long before this gentleman decided to bring the computer outfit here to Memphis about the structure of Memphis using Mud Island as the international trade center so that people from all over the world can come to Memphis and do trade to do business that will create some 80,000 new jobs paying from $35 to $350 an hour.
